Our Services
Our services are available throughout the Rio Grande Valley to individuals in need of medical or personal assistance who have physician orders and meet homebound criteria—meaning they are able to leave the home only with considerable and taxing effort.
Referring a patient for home care is simple.
Patients or caregivers may speak directly with a qualified Intake Coordinator by calling 1-800-395-9353.

We accept Medicare, Medicare Advantage (Managed Care) plans, Medicaid (attendant care), and Private Pay.
